I’m Kristina Bailey and this is my adventure into restoring my artistic side.

 As a Professional Certified Coach, I work with clients in the areas of Leadership, Group Dynamics, Relationships & Life.  Regardless of the specific needs of each area, there is always an element of drawing upon the strength, passion, potential and fullness of the individuals involved.  We all benefit when others freely and authentically live in the fullness of who God uniquely created them to be.

In the words of my friend and colleague, Michael Warden, “I believe freedom is simply the capacity and permission to be your true self. And by “true self,” I mean the deepest, truest version of who you were created to be. “

Like a diamond, that deepest, truest version of each of us has many facets, reflecting a variety of colors.  And sometimes a few of those facets dull down or become marginalized over time.  So this site is dedicated to “shining up” my creative edge in order to reflect the fullness of my design.
